Tip: In the beginning, the Guild Master gives you a clue that normally says "Rowena will always tell the truth if you give her gold", and in the night of the assasination, if you talk to her and give her 20 gold (and complete the gambit), she'll tell you the assasin's name. I even nearly had 200gold AND all the clues, but I couldn´t, so I decided to do the "Complete the challenge with 200gold" achivement and then obtain the gold token at another time. ![]() It's fun to read people rant about the mission :D The only hard part about this is if you have bad luck in the gambits (Dice and the Pendulum), as you can only like 2 or 3 times before time runs out (if you want all the clues that is).īut the money? If you have the right cards (Goblin Town) and/or equipment (Golden Shield, Exquisite Blade, Bounty's Helm, which gives you a gold gain card every combat encounter) you'll amass a ton of money. Looks like people at have figured it out though. Just like "Pickpocket" this seems to be for the completionist. I suspect you get the silver token even if you supect the wrong person but maybe have to fight much more. If you don't get all clues but accuse the correct person, you get the silver token. You need to get all clues (and probably accuse the correct person) to get the gold token. If you don't alt+f4 to restart at failure to gamble/steal I don't know how to get it done either. I dont believe they are fair/thought out well. Do I seriously need every clue? Ill be blunt, the encounters were extremely frustrating. Both implied the person I picked was the same, yet I only got something like 14/18 clues.Īnyway Im wondering if I picked the right person, furthermore, im wondering what exactly is necessary to really complete the mission. And drank with the one who is truthful when drunk. I paid 20 gold to one of them, thats always loyal to gold. When I did, the text said "you've uncovered the assassin!". ![]() I did it last night, (much to my displeasure because of one mission and my circumstance)īut what im wondering is, what are the right choices to make I guess This card's artwork is originally from Moonlit Horror in Hand of Fate.Wondering a few things about the Hierophant mission.Equipment įor learning of a secret way into the Palace.
